Pretty sure i’m on Ebay once a day trying to find an affordable pair of these guys! An approximation would even do…but i can’t seem to find any. The search continues. Caroline seriously has the most enviable shoe repertoire: every pair she has alligns impeccably with my tastes.

Hehe i actually tried these on when i was in nyc in feb and i ALMOST bought them, but i had just gotten the Rachel Comey ones and i was like, okay hel, simmer down. The perfect boot for sure. And i agree, caroline does have the perfect shoe repertoire. I'm sure we'd get a long famously! haha

I tried for so long to resist buying these, but eventually cracked and clicked the 'buy now' button on a (no doubt exorbitantly marked-up) pair on Ebay. They arrived today, and you know what? I couldn't be happier. I've checked out the Topshop ones in store and while maybe I've just been brainwashed by all the blog love the IM boots have generated into thinking they're more special than they really are, to me it seems there's just something about the originals to which the copies can't compare. I can tell these are going to be wardrobe staples of mine until they fall apart.. So if you love them as much as I do, maybe they're a purchase worth investing in? Something to think about!
^I think that;s exactly what i;m going to do, Delaney! i adore the IM;s and i don't think it's a purchase i want to substitute! ive been on the ebay lookout relentlessly for my size, so thanks for confirming my notion to stick out the search this week!

have you tried these on yet? they run small. mine are a 40 and i'm a size 9 normally. you might need a 39.
