I feel like this outfit is pretty redundant, but truthfully it’s the basics i’ve been living in (i’ve literally been wearing these jeans 24/7) and when it comes to rainy days my outfit motivation is fairly minimal and practicality trumps idealism. Got together with my really good friend, Mel this afternoon for lunch at montreal staple, olive & gourmando (had the cajun chicken sandwich with guacamole, tomatoes and mango). We ended up popping into the Salvation Army for on an impromptu thrifting sesh, where i scored this amazing blue jewel toned velvet button down, complete with cigarette burn, i’m sure it’s seen rock n’ roll days gone by. Not too sure where or how i’ll wear it, but for $5 bucks it was too awesome to pass up!

Mel started a personal style/recipe blog, Sequins & Sprinkles and this guys, very likely means more outfit posts :) as I found another blogger bud to humour my impromptu photo shoot wishes!

love the earrings so much. never apologize for simple looks, it's what works for real life, walking more then to and from a car and canadian weather.
