For those of you who haven’t yet seen my touched-up ombré locks via Twitter, here’s the full reveal. A lot lighter. After I sent my hair stylist (and GBFF) this picture of Lily Aldridge for some day-of inspiration, he wrote me, “we’re gonna go a lot lighter this time around.” Skeptical i’d leave the salon blond, i was quick to add, “less is more, ivan!” But alas, i trusted him wholeheartedly and the results are so well-done it looks somewhere between my Sun In summer days of the 90′s meets naturally lightened hair after a summer spent outdoors.
For someone who was a hair dye virgin just a mere 11 months ago, i’d say i’m a total convert at this point. there’s no looking back.
