In leather and distressed suede, these Aldo Binggeli ankle boots make me feel pretty good about the Frye pair I passed up on last spring on eBay. I tried them on yesterday and they’re kind of amazing in person. Really, I’m currently after a pointy-toe ankle boot in black leather with a decent mid-sized heel. But I can’t deny the fact that these would integrate soo seamlessly into my repertoire of ankle boots. And anyways, I’m not gonna go on the record or anything, but something tells me we’re on the cusp of re-visiting the western trend.
