Kitchen’in: Mini Apple Crumb tarts

Is there any dessert more “fall harvest” than apple pieeeeee?! I think not.
I sort of figured this recipe I whipped up with my friend earlier this month would come in handy for all my American readers heading into Turkey weekend! …Or those currently cursing Mother Nature #snowday. It’s sooo easy peasy lemon squeezy and!! delicious.
Full disclosure: we added cinnamon and a sprinkle of ginger and nutmeg to our batch. And served them, with a scoop of Häagen Daz French Vanilla ice cream, in individual Le Creuset Mini Cocottes prepared for each guest.
