Beauty culture: the must-try

Sticking with my whole spoil-yourself-pretty angle on the whole Valentine’s Day sitch, these lip pencils are the perfect gift-yourself idea! The inspiration for this one was triggered by my fave of faves, Tarte’s
Lipsurgence Lip Tint Pencil in Hope. I use it so much on the go, it gives a natural flushed yet matte finish that makes it easy to apply sans mirror and never results in anything overdone. Other amazing contenders that would surely make a sweet pick-me-up, include NARS ever popular Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Roman Holiday or their Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in Frivolous and Urban Decay’s Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in F-Bomb. Though the latter would yield something more on the high shine side, and so less daytime effortless in my books, per se.
