Kitchen’in: Arugula, Watermelon and Feta salad

My mom made this Ina Garten salad last weekend for our Sunday dinner and it was soooo deelish, I couldn’t resist making it on a whim this week. With 3 main ingredients, it whips up easy peasy: the sweet crunch of the watermelon is such a great contrast to the salty, feta and the citrusy orange dressing ties the whole thing together perfectly. Trust–this one’s a keeper!
