Out of Africa

My jaw pretty much d-r-o-p-p-e-d when I saw these Nick Brandt prints taken in Africa over the last decade or so. I half can’t even wrap my head around the fact that the animals aren’t painted, but were actually photographed for these results.
The charity prints are up for sale as a part of Brandt’s foundation, Big Life, started in 2010 which raises funds to putting an end to poaching in the name of conserving Africa’s wildlife and ecosystems. The proceeds for each print sold go towards the foundation. Wouldn’t mind owning one of the elephant or zebra variety…but any really, would make for a stunning contrast to a fashion space.
